Product specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice. HVAC365 is not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies on third-party content referenced or linked on our site. Always consult the product’s manufacturer for the most current and accurate specifications before purchase or installation. Product availability is based on real-time inventory feeds and may change without notice. While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, we cannot guarantee availability or delivery timeframes. Lead times displayed on product pages are estimates only and are not binding guarantees. HVAC365 will notify you of any significant delays or backorders, and you will be given the option to proceed, modify, or cancel your order. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by suppliers, freight carriers, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the freight bill or delivery receipt before signing. Failure to note damage may void the ability to file a shipping claim and may affect eligibility for return or replacement. You must report concealed damage or shortages to HVAC365 within 48 hours of receipt. Supporting documentation, including photographs, may be required. HVAC365 will not be responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit unless notified promptly in accordance with our procedures. Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and components included. Restocking fees up to 15% may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to HVAC365 error. Custom, special order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective. All items ship FOB Origin, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier picks up the order. HVAC365 is not responsible for delays or losses due to carrier error or circumstances outside of our control. Tracking information is provided once available. Additional shipping services, such as liftgate, residential delivery, or inside delivery, may incur extra charges and must be requested at the time of order. If freight is refused or delivery is missed, re-delivery charges and restocking fees may apply. All products sold by HVAC365 are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage generally includes parts only and requires proof of installation by a licensed professional. HVAC365 does not provide labor reimbursement or on-site service under any circumstances. To initiate a warranty claim, contact HVAC365 with the product serial number, proof of licensed installation, and a detailed description of the issue. HVAC365 will coordinate with the manufacturer to determine eligibility and issue replacement parts, if approved. Shipping costs for warranty parts may apply after the initial 30-day period. All equipment must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, local building codes, and applicable safety regulations. Improper installation may result in product failure, personal injury, or property damage, and will void all warranties and support from HVAC365. HVAC365 is not responsible for improper sizing, selection, or installation. We recommend working with a licensed HVAC technician to verify product compatibility and system design prior to purchase. HVAC equipment should never be installed by unlicensed individuals or used in unintended applications. Scratch & Dent products are sold at a discount due to minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the function of the unit. These items are brand new, unused, and covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty when installed by a licensed professional. All sales of Scratch & Dent items are final—no returns or exchanges are allowed. Product imperfections are noted at time of listing and may include scuffs, scratches, or dents to external panels or packaging. Customers must confirm fitness for purpose before purchase. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HVAC365, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that arise from your violation of these Terms of Use or your misuse of our site or services.
