For most of the last century, keeping a pool safe meant a bucket of chlorine and a test kit at the edge of the deck. Solaxx works on a different premise: let the equipment pad do more of that job. Its two families of products HVAC365 carries take two different routes to the same clear water.
Solaxx is known first for saltwater chlorine generators, sold under names such as Saltron, Reliant and Resilience. A salt system makes chlorine on site: lightly salted pool water passes through an electrolytic cell, and the cell converts some of that salt into chlorine, which sanitizes the pool and eventually reverts to salt again. Pool owners stop handling bulk chlorine, and the water stays at a steadier level between visits.
The Renaissance line takes another approach. It combines ultraviolet light and ozone in a single chamber on the return line. Water passing through is exposed to UV, which disrupts microorganisms, and to ozone, a strong oxidizer that breaks down organic contaminants and then reverts to oxygen. Systems like this are designed to reduce, not eliminate, the amount of chlorine a pool needs, so a small residual is still kept in the water.
Solaxx makes pool sanitation equipment, mainly saltwater chlorine generators, along with the Renaissance UV and ozone systems.

No. A UV and ozone system like the Solaxx Renaissance reduces how much chlorine a pool needs, but a small chlorine residual is still kept in the water.
The Resilience E-40 is rated for pools up to 40,000 gallons.
