Comfortstar Freedom CRT7-150TT 12.5 Ton Commercial Rooftop Unit
The Comfortstar CRT7-150TT is a 12.5 ton light commercial rooftop package unit for 208/230V three-phase service. It runs on R-454B and uses two scroll compressors on separate refrigerant circuits, so the unit can stage capacity to match the load and keep cooling if one circuit is down for service.
It is rated at 140,000 BTU/h cooling at 11 EER (AHRI 218330744). Micro-channel indoor and outdoor coils, direct-drive DC outdoor fan motors and a belt-drive centrifugal supply blower moving 4,000 CFM at up to 1.0 in. w.c. external static make it a good fit for retail, restaurant and office rooftops. The cabinet accepts horizontal or vertical duct connections and works with a standard 24V wired controller. Electric heat, economizer, hail guard and roof curb are available as accessories.
