Description
The Cooper & Hunter CH-PTW-HE15HP is a 14,700 BTU packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) with a heat pump and a 3.5 kW backup electric heater, built for hotel rooms, apartments, senior living and offices. It ships with the power cord with LCDI plug, drain kit, Wi-Fi module and remote control.
The wall sleeve (CH-PTSLV1) and exterior aluminum grille (CH-PTGRL1) are sold separately and are required for a new installation.

Installation Notes
Install in a properly sized wall sleeve with the matching exterior grille and a dedicated 208/230V receptacle that matches the plug. Follow the Cooper & Hunter installation manual for sleeve slope and drain setup.
