Miami Tech's Drain Pan with Rails (DPG) is engineered to provide robust support and effective water management for HVAC systems. Constructed from 24-gauge galvanized steel, it offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability, ensuring longevity in various environmental conditions. The pan features a standard depth of 2 inches, allowing for adequate water collection to prevent overflow and protect surrounding areas.
A notable design element of the DPG is its seamed corners, which eliminate the need for welds and ensure a watertight seal. This construction method enhances the pan's integrity and reduces the risk of leaks. Additionally, each pan comes equipped with a 3/4-inch PVC drain connection, facilitating efficient water drainage and simplifying the installation process.
The DPG model is designed with integrated rails to provide additional structural support, making it suitable for larger HVAC units. For pans with a length of 60 inches or greater, the design includes three channels and six hooks to ensure stability and secure installation.
