Description

Product Summary

The NAVAC NML1 is a rechargeable electronic refrigerant leak detector built around a semiconductor sensor for precise detection and long service life. It detects CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerants and blends, including A2L refrigerants R-32 and R-454B, with a minimum detectable leak of 0.1 oz/year (R-134a).

A high-performance rechargeable lithium battery delivers 8 or more hours of operation, and automatic calibration gets you working fast. The 15.7" flexible probe reaches tight coils, valves and fittings, and a response time of 3 seconds or less helps pinpoint leaks quickly on residential and commercial systems.

Key Features

  • Semiconductor Sensor: Precise detection with a sensor life of 1 year or more under normal use (1,500 hours).
  • 0.1 oz/yr Sensitivity: Minimum detectable leakage of ≤0.1 oz/year (R-134a).
  • A2L Compatible: Detects R-32 and R-454B; excludes HFOs and blends with more than 50% HFOs.
  • Rechargeable Lithium Battery: 8+ hours of operation per charge.
  • Fast Response: Responds in 3 seconds or less, depending on leak size and location.
  • 15.7" Probe: Long probe reaches coils, service valves and brazed joints.
  • Auto Calibration: Ready to use without manual calibration steps.
