Description
Product Summary
The Robertshaw 780-715 is an ignition module from Robertshaw, described by the manufacturer as: nonlockout ignition module for flame rectification SP715U & SP715A & SP715 780-715U.
An ignition module runs the ignition sequence on a gas appliance: it powers the igniter, spark or pilot, opens the gas valve and proves flame within a set trial time, locking out if flame is not detected. Typical signs of a failed module are no spark or igniter glow during a call for heat, a gas valve that never receives voltage, or repeated lockouts after the flame sensor, pressure switch and wiring have been checked.
Before you order, match 780-715 to the part number on the part you are replacing or in your equipment's repair parts list, and confirm the voltage, size and connections match your equipment.
