Description
The GeoStar Arbor Compact ZBV060 is a 5-ton vertical water source heat pump package unit for commercial, multifamily and hospitality buildings that run on a water loop, ground water or a closed ground loop. This R-410A model comes with a cupronickel water coil, a PSC blower motor and 208/230V single-phase power. This size is currently available in left return only.
Rated to AHRI/ASHRAE/ISO 13256-1 (AHRI Ref. #6501861), it delivers 57,000 BTU/h of cooling at 13.5 EER and 66,000 BTU/h of heating at 4.3 COP on a water loop. On ground water it reaches 21.0 EER and 4.0 COP, and on a closed ground loop 15.2 EER and 3.3 COP. Rated airflow is 1,900 CFM at 15 GPM water flow.
The cabinet measures 25.5" W x 31.2" D x 44.2" H, shorter than many competing units, so it fits tight mechanical closets in retrofit and new construction. A scroll compressor, Aurora Base microprocessor controls, an aluminum air coil and a corrosion-resistant drain pan come standard. Electrical requirements are 38.9 A minimum circuit ampacity with a 60 A maximum fuse or HACR breaker, and the water connections are 1" FPT.
This is R-410A equipment, a like-for-like replacement for buildings that already run R-410A water source heat pumps. Quantities are limited to current stock.
