Description

Overview

This LG Multi F MAX heat pump system pairs the KUMXB481A outdoor unit with 3 LG Multi F standard wall-mounted indoor units for tri-zone heating and cooling. Every indoor unit in this system is the same style, so each room gets matching appearance, airflow and controls. The system runs on 208/230V, 1-phase, 60 Hz power and uses R-32 refrigerant.

What Is Included

  • 1 x KUMXB481A multi-zone outdoor unit (up to 8 indoor units through branch distribution units, LG R1 twin rotary inverter compressor)
  • 3 x KNUAB091A (9,000 BTU LG Multi F standard wall-mounted indoor unit)
  • 1 x PMBD3630ZR 3-port branch distribution unit

Performance

LG rates Multi F MAX systems by total connected indoor capacity. At 27,000 BTU/h connected (non-ducted), this system is rated at 21.8 SEER2, 14.7 EER2 and 10 HSPF2, with a rated cooling capacity of 27,000 BTU/h and a rated heating capacity of 30,690 BTU/h. Heating operation is rated down to -4 F outdoor temperature (wet bulb) and cooling operation from 14 F to 118 F.
