Simply insert the RBE70 into your 1/4" bit driver, install your preferred bit, and switch between forward, locked, or reverse operation. Its precision-machined construction provides a tight, smooth ratcheting action, while the integrated 15mm bolt head allows a 15mm box-end wrench to function as a ratcheting bit driver.
