The Rheem RXBH-24A30D-B is a field-installed electric heater kit with circuit breaker for Rheem RH2TY 460V three-phase air handlers. It provides 28.8 kW (about 98,270 BTU/h) of electric heat at 480V for primary heat on cooling systems or auxiliary and emergency heat on heat pump systems.

Compatibility

  • Approved in the Rheem RH2TY 480V heater table for: RH2TY6024STANND
  • Install only on the air handlers listed and size the supply circuit from the Rheem single-point MCA and overcurrent values for this kit.
