The Comfort-Aire MCT030AGC30C0PS is an MC Compact Series single-stage water-source heat pump engineered for efficient commercial heating and cooling where a compact footprint and repeatable performance matter. It fits well in office suites, medical buildouts, retail spaces, classrooms, and other commercial zones tied into a water-loop system where occupants expect stable comfort and operators want serviceable, monitorable equipment.
The MC Compact Series uses R-454B low-GWP refrigerant and is designed to exceed ASHRAE 90.1 efficiency standards. A coaxial heat exchanger and TXV metering device support stable refrigeration control and efficient heat transfer across common commercial operating ranges.
From a controls standpoint, this platform is built to reduce friction during commissioning and service. Microprocessor controls with emergency shutdown, Unit Performance Sentinel monitoring, and standard safety features support uptime and easier troubleshooting.
