Comfortstar Alegria Platinum Tri Zone Mini Split System: CMZ3-24-3Z with 6K + 6K + 6K Wall Mounted Indoor Units
This system heats and cools three rooms from a single outdoor unit. The Comfortstar CMZ3-24-3Z inverter condenser runs three CPP3 wall-mounted indoor units in a 6K + 6K + 6K combination, and each indoor unit comes with its own wireless remote, so every room holds its own temperature. It runs on R-454B and is rated at 18,000 BTU/h cooling and 19,000 BTU/h heating with 23 SEER2, 12.5 EER2 and 10 HSPF2.
The inverter compressor modulates between 5,400-21,600 BTU/h, so most of the day the system runs at low speed instead of cycling on and off. Comfortstar rates it for cooling from -13°F to 122°F outdoors and heating from -13°F to 75°F, with 13,500 BTU/h of heat still available at 17°F. The outdoor unit is 60 dBA, and the smallest indoor unit in this set drops to 20 dBA on its quietest speed.
Each zone runs its own line set up to 98 ft, with up to 197 ft total across all zones, and the condenser is pre-charged for 74 ft of total line set.
