The Appion SPDY12 MegaFlow Speed-Y joins two 3/8" service hoses into a single 1/2" vacuum pump inlet, letting technicians evacuate through both the high and low sides at once without routing through a restrictive manifold. Its large inner bore and smooth, merging flow paths deliver full, unrestricted flow for higher conductance and faster evacuation.
Traditional manifolds are restrictive, prone to leaks, and often not suited to deep vacuum. The Speed-Y replaces them with one simple, vacuum-rated connection point, reducing leak points and improving the evacuation speed of any vacuum pump with a 1/2" connection. It is vacuum-rated to 20 microns, built with an aircraft-grade aluminum body and brass fittings, and designed for high-pressure refrigerants such as R-410A.

Compatibility
Connects to any vacuum pump with a 1/2" flare inlet, including Appion TEZ series pumps with a 1/2" MegaFlow port. The two 3/8" male flare ports accept Appion 3/8" MegaFlow vacuum hoses or other hoses with 3/8" female flare ends. Companion models: SPDY14 (1/4" FL pump connection) and SPDY38 (3/8" FL pump connection).
