Sunstar Thermostat / Control | 3-Position High/Low/Off Switch Kit for SGL Glass Patio Heaters | 40147010

The Sunstar 40147010 is the genuine Sunstar manual control for SGL35, SGL50 and SGL35-MG Marine Grade glass infrared patio heaters ordered with the "7" suffix (N7 natural gas or L7 propane, the models built without the wireless remote). One toggle gives the operator three choices: full fire on High, reduced fire on Low, or Off.

The switch sits in a gray, outdoor-rated ABS enclosure with a sealed toggle, so it can be mounted on a patio wall, column or bar back where staff and guests can reach it. Each heater gets its own switch; to run several heaters from one switch, add a Sunstar Two Stage Relay Kit (44195000) at each heater.

The N7 and L7 versions of the SGL35, SGL50 and SGL35-MG glass patio heaters, which are built for manual or wall-switch control instead of the wireless remote.

Can one switch run more than one patio heater?

Yes. Install a Sunstar Two Stage Relay Kit (44195000) at each heater and wire the relays to the one switch so the whole zone goes High, Low or Off together.

Can the switch be mounted outdoors?

Yes. The ABS enclosure is rated for outdoor use, so it can go on an exterior wall or column near the seating area.
