Overview
The Tosot Aoraki 12,000 BTU ceiling cassette mini split is a complete single-zone heat pump system: indoor unit, inverter outdoor unit, remote and installation package. It uses a high-efficiency inverter compressor, runs on 208/230V single-phase power and uses R32 refrigerant.
Ceiling cassettes sit flush in a drop ceiling and spread air in several directions, which suits open offices, retail space, restaurants and large living areas.

Performance & Efficiency
Capacity is matched to the room size listed below. The inverter compressor ramps up quickly to reach the setpoint, then slows down to hold it, which avoids the on/off cycling of single-speed equipment and cuts power use.
Comfort & Control
Every indoor unit includes a wireless remote, and the TOSOT+ app adds Wi-Fi control, scheduling and voice control through Alexa or Google Home. Sleep, quiet and turbo modes, auto restart after a power outage and a dehumidification (dry) mode are built in.
