Overview
The Tosot Aoraki 12,000 BTU wall-mounted ductless mini split is a complete single-zone heat pump system: indoor unit, inverter outdoor unit, remote and installation package. It is rated at 24.5 SEER2 and 9.5 HSPF2, runs on 208/230V single-phase power and uses R32 refrigerant. This package also includes the Tosot Mini-ERV, which brings filtered fresh air into the room while recovering energy from the exhaust air. Indoor unit finish: white.
Wall-mounted units are the most popular way to add heating and cooling to bedrooms, offices, additions, garages and other rooms without ductwork. This system is sized for up to about 750 sq. ft.

Performance & Efficiency
Rated capacity is 12,000 BTU/h cooling and 12,000 BTU/h heating, with an EER/COP of 3.81 / 3.81 W/W. The inverter compressor ramps up quickly to reach the setpoint, then slows down to hold it, which avoids the on/off cycling of single-speed equipment and cuts power use. The outdoor unit is rated to operate from -20 – 122°F.
Comfort & Control
Every indoor unit includes a wireless remote, and the TOSOT+ app adds Wi-Fi control, scheduling and voice control through Alexa or Google Home. Sleep, quiet and turbo modes, auto restart after a power outage and a dehumidification (dry) mode are built in. Aoraki adds adjustable humidity control (30%–80%), Auto Clean and a built-in refrigerant leak sensor.
