The Comfort-Aire MCT024AGC30C0PS is an MC Compact Series single-stage water-source heat pump designed to deliver high-efficiency, zone-level comfort for commercial applications served by a water loop. It’s a practical choice for offices, small retail, medical suites, classrooms, and light commercial areas where predictable performance, quiet operation, and service-friendly access are priorities.

This platform is built to exceed ASHRAE 90.1 efficiency standards and uses R-454B low-GWP refrigerant to support modern environmental requirements. Internally, a coaxial heat exchanger and TXV metering device help the system operate consistently across typical water-loop temperature conditions.

For owners and facility teams, the controls and service layer are a major value point. Microprocessor controls with on-board fuse and emergency shutdown are paired with performance monitoring (Unit Performance Sentinel) and standard safety features. CXM2 communicating controls support real-time unit condition visibility, and the external connecting port is designed to reduce startup, commissioning, and service time.
