Comfortstar MRH32 2 Ton Inverter Heat Pump Split System (MRH32-24 + AHH32-24)
This is a complete, AHRI matched heat pump system from Comfortstar: the MRH32-24 top-discharge heat pump and the AHH32-24 high efficiency air handler, running on R-32. Together they are rated at 24,000 BTU/h cooling, 24,000 BTU/h heating, 19.7 SEER2 and 12.5 EER2 with 8.5 HSPF2 under AHRI certificate 217902853.
The outdoor unit uses an inverter twin rotary compressor that speeds up and slows down with the load instead of cycling on and off at full power. You get steadier temperatures, better humidity control and lower operating cost, and it still puts out about 23,000 BTU/h of heat at 5°F. Comfortstar rates it for heating down to -4°F and cooling from 5°F up to 131°F.
Indoors, the AHH32-24 is a high efficiency air handler for closet, attic or utility room installations. Its Constant Torque ECM blower moves up to 830 CFM and the system runs on a standard 24V heat pump thermostat, so no proprietary controls are required.
