Description

Product Summary

The NAVAC NHB2 Evacuation Hose uses a large 1/2" internal diameter to move more vapor and cut evacuation time compared with standard 1/4" charging hoses. Its 1/2" to 1/4" fittings connect directly from a vacuum pump or manifold vacuum port to the system service port.

Four-layer construction minimizes permeation so the hose holds deep vacuum, and NAVAC rates it to 20 microns. With 640 psi working and 3200 psi burst pressure ratings, the 6' black hose is built for repeated evacuation work on residential and light commercial systems.

Pair it with a valve core removal tool and a dedicated micron gauge to remove restrictions at the service port and verify a true, stable vacuum before releasing the charge.

Key Features

  • 1/2" Diameter: Large bore increases flow for faster evacuation.
  • 20 Micron Vacuum Rating: Holds deep vacuum for proper dehydration.
  • 4-Layer Construction: Low-permeation build minimizes leak-back during evacuation.
  • Pressure Rated: 640 psi working pressure, 3200 psi burst pressure.
  • Fittings: 1/2" to 1/4" connection.
  • 6' Length: Reaches from pump to unit without excess slack.
