The NAVAC NTF66 is a 45° eccentric-cone flaring tool that produces smooth, leak-resistant flares on soft copper from 1/4" through 3/4" O.D. Flare dimensions are suited to high-pressure refrigerants such as R410A, making it a core tool for ductless mini split and flare-fitting work. Pair it with a quality tube cutter and reamer for best results; the NTF66C version adds a cutter.
Axial spacing positions the tube consistently in the flaring bar for repeatable results, and an internal clutch disengages when the flare is complete to prevent over-torquing and thinning the flare wall. Nitride treatment hardens the tool for long service life.
