Product Summary
The NAVAC NTC6 Tube Cutter makes clean, square cuts on copper and other soft tubing from 1/8" to 3/4" OD. It is sized for the liquid and suction lines used on most residential splits and ductless mini-splits, and it fits in a shirt pocket or tool pouch.
A sharp, durable cutting wheel and ball-bearing rollers keep the cut smooth and on track. The aluminum alloy body keeps the cutter light without losing the rigidity needed for a true cut, which makes flaring and brazing prep faster.
Follow every cut with a reamer or deburrer such as the NAVAC NTR14 or NTD28 to remove the inner lip before flaring. A clean, square, burr-free end is the foundation of a leak-free flare connection and a clean braze joint.
