Description

This Rheem 3 ton gas and electric split system pairs the RA19AY36AJVCA air conditioner, the RCFY3621STANMC cased evaporator coil and the R802V1005A21UHSCAP 80% AFUE gas furnace. It is an AHRI-certified match (AHRI reference 216704931), rated at 34,200 BTU/h of cooling and 19 SEER2. All three pieces use R-454B refrigerant.

How the pieces work together

The outdoor air conditioner uses a variable-speed compressor that adjusts its output in small steps for very even temperatures and humidity control. Inside, the 21" wide RCFY coil sits flush on the 21" furnace cabinet, so the installer gets a clean, square stack with no transition to fabricate.
