Description

Product Summary

The Appion CTEE14 MegaSeal Low-Loss Charging T-Fitting is a compact 1/4" charging tee that lets technicians meter refrigerant into a system while monitoring pressure in real time, without connecting a full manifold set or extra hoses. Fewer connections mean less trapped refrigerant, less charge loss, and a more accurate final charge.

The fitting threads onto the 1/4" access port and uses a built-in core depressor to open the valve core. The side port is designed for direct connection of a digital pressure/temperature gauge, so system pressure can be watched throughout the charging process or checked quickly during or after service. Part of the Appion MegaSeal family, the CTEE14 is designed for both pressure and vacuum service and is color-coded black for fast size identification in the tool bag.

Key Features

  • Low-Loss Charging: Charge AC/R systems accurately without a manifold or unnecessary hoses, minimizing refrigerant loss.
  • Side Port for Digital Gauges: Connect a digital pressure/temperature gauge to monitor system pressures throughout charging.
  • Built-In Core Depressor: Opens the access valve core when connected to the service port.
  • Quick Pressure Checks: Doubles as a fast pressure-check adapter during or after charging.
  • Pressure and Vacuum Rated Design: MegaSeal construction designed for both pressure and vacuum service.
  • Color-Coded Size: Black finish identifies the 1/4" system connection size at a glance.
