The Appion KTT881-R contains the seals, O-rings, vanes, valves, and springs needed to rebuild the internals of the Appion TEZ8 dual-stage vacuum pump. It is Appion's complete internal service kit for bringing a high-hour TEZ8 back to like-new pumping performance.
Worn vanes, tired shaft seals, and fatigued stage valves reduce pump speed and ultimate vacuum. The KTT881-R replaces the wear components in both stages, plus the oil pump, valve chamber, input, and output seals, so a single rebuild addresses the whole pump. Valve plates are not included.
