The MRCOOL Advantage 5th Gen A-12-HP-115D-O is a complete 12,000 BTU (1-ton) single-zone ductless mini split heat pump system: the A-12-HP-C-115D-O outdoor condenser and the A-12-HP-WMAH-115D-O wall-mounted indoor unit with wireless remote. AHRI rated at 21.2 SEER2, 10.1 EER2 and 8.7 HSPF2 (AHRI #216032582) on R-454B refrigerant, it heats and cools one room or zone up to 550 sq ft without ductwork.

You must have an HVAC professional install this system for you, but the simple installation of a ductless system ensures a fast and inexpensive process.
