The Appion KTMV25 contains the O-rings, seals, side port valve cores, and MegaSeal caps needed to rebuild two Appion valve core removal tools (VCRT). It rebuilds the MGAVCT 1/4" and MGAVCR 5/16" tools of any generation, including first- and second-generation swivel fitting designs.
A valve core removal tool only works if it holds vacuum and pressure tight. Worn stem O-rings, swivel seals, or side port cores let air in during evacuation and refrigerant out during charging. The KTMV25 restores both tools in a two-tool shop or truck to like-new sealing.
